As a chiropractor, Dr. Ben helps people feel better and live healthier lives by improving how their spine and nervous system work. His care is based on a straightforward idea:

• We’re designed to be healthy. Our bodies naturally know how to heal and take care of themselves.
• The nervous system—made up of the brain, spinal cord, and nerves—controls everything in the body.
• Too much stress—whether it’s from injury, the physical strain of everyday activities like bending, lifting, or twisting, or from chemicals or emotional pressure—can overwhelm the nervous system. When this happens, it can cause misalignments in the spine called subluxations.

Subluxations interfere with how well the brain and body communicate, which can slow down healing and affect your overall health and well-being. Dr. Ben’s goal is to correct these issues so your body can heal, function, and thrive the way it’s meant to.

Dr. Ben resides in White Bear Lake with his wife Jaclyn and their sons Moses and Axel. In his spare time, Dr. Ben enjoys watching his kid’s activities, fishing, hunting and playing guitar.
